Exercise was hard but as soon as I got into the Paleo diet and started losing weight I began to look forward to circuits and my Personal Training sessions. So far I have lost 1st 1lb and I aim to lose another stone. I am confident that I will achieve this with Rebecca, as she is a good driving force and keeps me on track.

I first started with Becca in March 2012 on her get F.I.T circuit training classes. Each session is always interesting and enjoyable because of all the
different exercises she organises for the group to do. Even though the class sizes can vary, Becca is always attentive to my personal needs and knows what I want to achieve in each class. Becca's friendly and warm personality has always made me feel welcome and has created a really nice atmosphere with the class.
Becca's motivation has made me recently start personal training. It can be tough but with her guidance I can already see the results, and feel the benefits! She has helped me make small changes in my everyday life style and is always there to offer suggestions when I need it. The reason I enjoy the
personal training so much is because it is completely different to anything I have ever done before; she motivates me and keeps every session different.

After years of fad diets and boring gym workouts, I found Rebecca and her personal training classes. She tailor-made an exercise and healthy eating programme to suit my personal needs. I have now achieved my personal goals, I continue to workout with Becca and my F.I.T class friends while pursuing a happy, healthier lifestyle "which still allows me to have my bottle of wine and chicken kebab on a Saturday night without feeling the guilt".

I've know Becca for around 2 years now and trained seriously with her for the last 1 year. I currently have weekly personal training sessions with Becca
and attend 2 of her 3 FIT sessions.
Becca has not only motivated me and help me to loose just under 3 stone but she has also become a very good friend. Good job she's a good listener as I talk a lot!!
My weekly PT sessions consist of a variety of exercises and we use lots of different equipment - for me this keeps it really interesting as you rarely do the same thing twice. It really is one of the fastest hours in the day and you feel great afterwards. No pain, no gain! :)
I love to attend FIT classes. Becca runs 3 FIT classes and you can attend as many or as few as you like. The people in the class are all so friendly and we
all have such a laugh we've become a supportive family to one another, all helping each other along the way! Who would ever have thought exercise could be so fun.
I can honestly say I LOVE training with Becca and would recommend her to anyone interested. She is so enthusiastic and even more keen than you are to see and get results (she gets them too). I couldn't imagine training with any other personal trainer or any other groups as this is one of the nicest bunch of people I've ever met! Thanks so much for everything you've done for me Becca. You've helped me to achieve the body I've only ever dreamed of.
